Hemfixare together with IKEA will make furniture assembly folksy and we are therefore recruiting another 500 new furniture assemblers so called Furniture fixers. For those who appreciate freedom under responsibility and are a social person with a competitive instinct, the full-time monthly income for the right person might be as much as SEK 35,000. Freedom to work when you want and as much you want
As a furniture fixer, you are free to decide when and where you want to work. You see the assignments in our app, call the customer and agree on a time for the home visit, check in / out and move on to the next customer. Driving licenses and access to a car is required and in the app you select which municipalities you want to take on assignments in. The compensation model is fair and based on the time spent on the actual furniture assembly with a guideline salary of SEK 200 / hour. Travel to and from the customer as well as disposal of the packaging is always included in the fixed compensation. Examples of compensation:
- One dresser with 5 drawers 500 kr
- Two bookshelves (Billy) 400 kr
- Dining table and 4 chairs 530 kr
- Two PAX wardrobes (ink fittings) 1000 kr
Highest quality
Speed must never come at the expense of quality which for us and the customer is the most important. Each assignment is rated by the customer in the app after completion. Fixers that do not respect our high quality requirements may not receive new assignments.

It only takes 30 minutes to become a furniture fixer. Start by answering 50 questions about customer service and your skills. If you pass the test, you will be invited to a video interview where you can tell a little about you and your work experience. Once we have reviewed and approved you, we will send you your furniture fixer certification and login information for the app.
